Additional Background Charges

If you'd like a custom background included in your commission, an additional charge will apply depending on its complexity. Background fees start at $10 and may vary based on the level of detail and effort required. Please feel free to discuss your vision with me during the inquiry process for an accurate estimate.

What I Can and Can’t Draw

What I Can Draw:
Original Characters (OCs): both if you have or don't have a reference :)
just a concept is enough but please be very detailed about it
Fan Art: Art of characters from your favorite media
Humans and Humanoids: Portraits, full-body illustrations, and more.
Mild Gore: Light horror themes or blood (please consult for specifics).
Simple Animals or Creatures: Pets, fantasy creatures, etc.What I Can’t Draw:
*NSFW Content: Explicit or adult material.
*Heavy Gore: Extreme violence or graphic depictions.
*Mecha: Highly complex machinery or robotics.
Hate Speech or Offensive Material: Content promoting hate, discrimination, or harmful ideologies.If you’re unsure whether your idea falls within these guidelines, don’t hesitate to ask - I’m happy to clarify and discuss your concept!*i might consider simple concepts, but i dont specialise in those art types yet so results may vary

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. General TermsCommissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. For commercial use, additional fees and terms will apply.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason without the obligation to disclose the reason.
All communication regarding commissions will be conducted through X (twitter) or email.

2. Payment TermsA 50% non-refundable deposit is required after the sketch has been approved. Work on the final piece will not begin until the deposit is received.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the artwork before the final files are delivered.
Payments are to be made via paypal or revolut (for people living in poland i will also accept BLIK)

3. Refund PolicyNo refunds will be provided once payment has been made, regardless of the stage of the artwork.
In the rare case that I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Artist’s RightsI retain full rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use it in my portfolio, promotional materials, and social media.
If you prefer your commission to remain private or unpublished, please inform me during the ordering process. Additional fees may apply for this service.

5. Client’s Usage RightsYou may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only, such as social media icons, headers, or printing for personal display.
Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited unless a commercial license is agreed upon and purchased.

6. RevisionsMinor revisions during the sketching stage are included in the price.
Major revisions or multiple changes after the sketch has been approved may incur additional charges.
No major changes will be made after the final artwork is completed.

7. DeliveryTurnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the commission. An estimated timeframe will be provided upon acceptance of your order.
The final artwork will typically be delivered in PNG format, unless another format is requested and agreed upon in advance.

8. Prohibited UsesThe client is prohibited from:Claiming the artwork as their own creation.
Using the artwork for any AI training, NFT projects, or blockchain-related purposes.
